In a country like Pakistan, once a woman is married, it is considered the end of her career. It entirely changes a woman’s life as she has to manage new responsibilities including taking care of her household and kids. The priority of taking care of these new roles and responsibilities leads towards holding up her career, but, the biggest reason behind is managing time for a full time job.
Women’s Empowerment Group (WEG) brings a specifically designed job program for married women to be independent and return to their career so, time doesn’t come in a way as a barrier to support their families.
